Preschool Fees
Our Not-for-Profit Preschool is partially funded by the NSW government, but relies on fees to continue operating. All fees are used to provide our children with a range of stimulating learning opportunities.
Fees are billed per term. Detailed fee statements are emailed to families at the beginning of each term and include a maintenance levy of $25 per family per term. Families can also view their account at any time on their Xplor Home app.

Fees:
Fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly or once a term
Fees for 2024 are:
$25/day - Full fee for children who turn 4 on or before 31 July 2024
$16/day - Subsidised fee for children who turn 4 on or before 31 July 2024
$40/day - Full fee for children who turn 4 after 31 July 2024
$16/day - Subsidised fee for children who turn 4 after 31 July 2024
To be eligible for subsidised fee the child must have or be listed on a healthcare card, or be of Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander descent.
Maintenance Levy:
A maintenance levy of $25 per family is payable once a term to help with the repairs and maintenance of the Preschool and yard.
Enrolment fee:
An enrolment fee of $50 (non-refundable) is required upon enrolment of a child in preschool.
Xpay:
Junee Preschool uses a direct debit service called Xpay, which is available to families to make their lives easier. Families are able to choose to sign up to Xpay through their Xplor Home page. Once signed up, weekly or fortnightly payments are automatically deducted, meaning that families don’t have to worry about where they are up to with their fees. Please note there is a transaction fee of 50c per transaction for deductions from bank accounts, and 2.35% for deductions for credit cards. If a payment is returned as unpaid (due to insufficient funds, lost stolen cards or change of bank details) a charge of $19.95 will occur with your next scheduled payment. Please remember to update your details as they change to ensure no additional fees are charged.
